Cold Iron Power & Fitness – Membership Payment & Policies 1. Payment Frequency & Methods Membership dues are billed monthly and are due on the first day of each billing cycle. We accept payment via pre-authorized credit card Members must maintain a valid, up-to-date payment method on file at all times. 2. Failed Payments If payment fails or bounces, the member will not be permitted to access the facility until payment is successfully processed. 3. Cancellation & Notice Period Members may cancel their membership by providing at least two weeks’ notice in writing via email (to bianca@coldironpower.com) or in person. Any payments due during the two-week notice period remain the member’s responsibility. Membership is formally terminated only after the two-week notice has been completed. 4. Usage Restrictions Members are entitled to use the gym facilities and programs only for services they have paid for (e.g., group training tiers, personal coaching). Access to additional services or upgrades requires appropriate payment and authorization. 5. Trainer Availability & Scheduling Members are welcome to use the gym freely during hours they're permitted; however, Bianca’s availability is limited to the time slots she is scheduled and booked. For any sessions with Bianca, members must book in advance, and those sessions occur strictly within her scheduled hours. 6. Freezing or Pausing Memberships Memberships can be frozen for medical, travel, or other extenuating circumstances, with at least two weeks’ notice. Frozen memberships can be held—for a fee (e.g., $10/month) or with prior arrangement—for a period of up to three months. After this period, full fees will resume unless the membership is officially cancelled. 7. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions Members who arrive late to a booked session with Bianca may receive reduced session time—though the full session fee still applies. Missed sessions without 24-hour cancellation notice may incur a “no-show” fee (one session). 8. Refund Policy All sales are final: membership fees and training packages are non-refundable once processed. 9. Price Adjustments & Communication Membership rates may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to implementation. 10. Code of Conduct Members must follow all posted gym rules and treat staff, trainers, and fellow members with respect. Any damages caused by negligence or misuse of equipment may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the responsible member. Members must wipe down equipment after use, wear appropriate attire and footwear, and adhere to all safety guidelines.
